I had a great experience working with an international team, leading the USA sector of the project. We gathered outstanding feedback and data that helped iLOQ make significant UI and UX adjustments based on my findings, giving them the confidence to soon launch their products in the U.S. market. This was the first round of iLOQ testing, aimed at collecting benchmarking data specifically for the USA.
Following this, I led two more comprehensive research initiatives, continuing to collaborate closely with my Finland teammates, iLOQ clients, and key stakeholders. I’m also so happy to say that great friendships bloomed from our time together.
